1.QT4-15 Automtic concrete block production line includes batching plant, JS500 mixer, conveyor belt machine,brick making machine and stacking machine. Besides those parts, pallets feeder machine, color feeding machine are also available parts according to customers' demands. Equipped with hydraulic system, QT4-15 Cement brick making machine can produce various kinds of bricks including hollow, solid, pavement and kerbstone bricks by changing moulds. All blocks can be designed as customers' requests.

2.This machine is automatic in material feeding, martial distributing,material scraping and carriage plate placing,automatic block stacker.The full production is the automatic production with medium and bigger sized block machine,under the conditions to reduce the labor intensity of workers,can be achieved,and the output of the blocks can be increased substantially. Only 3-5 people can operation the whole production line well after learning in short time. So there's a big advantage on saving in labor for this
machine.More importantly, compared with other small machines, 4-15 brick production line can runs under automatic model, which will short the molding period and increase the output in unit time.

1) Host machine, every part all use thicken plate, make the machine strong and wear-resisting.
2) Fully automatic ,very easy operated by workers, greatly reduce the labor-cost.
3) Japan Mitsubishi PLC control system, ensure the machine runs extremely smoothly, long serving life. Faults-displaying and the troubles-shooting on the cabinet.
4) Hydraulic system, three-stage pressure control valve are adopted. so the pressure for all actions of the machine can be adjusted automatic.
5) Direct chain transmission, to sure very low noise, and easy to check the fault.
6) Mould vibration and head pressure together, make the brick high strength and density.
7) All the mold are carburizing by heat treatment, can using more than 120,000 times.
