1.The right direction is turning backwards. Before opening the machine, please add 3.5-7 kilograms gear oil for GQ40, and 8-12 kilograms gear oil for GQ50.
2.Too much oil added will cause leakage, electric heating, and even motor burnt. ( Diluted oil should be changed into in Autumn and Winter
3.Bolts in the slide cap, press plate and slider should be checked one time per four hours, they can not be loose.
4.Please add cutback oil four hours a time into the oil cup in the slide cap, otherwise it will cause slide lock.
5.Please operate the machine according to the instruction.(If machine damage is caused by not obeying the instruction, we will not responsible for its maintenance. )
Please don’t use the machine without oil !
